Stonehouse is a true taste of fine dining in a casual, inviting, and relaxing atmosphere. We are a full restaurant and bar, offering both on and off premise catering and banquet services. Customize your menu from simple to elegant or an extravagant buffet with carving stations. Let our experienced team offer a great service to your special event.

  • Our indoor catering capabilities include as few as 15 guests or as many as 120 of your closest friends. We provide an intimate experience or a casual buffet and appetizer setting.
  • Our outdoor facilities are designed to accommodate small groups and large groups, up to 400 guests. The Stonehouse offers the ultimate outdoor barbecue experience next to Boise's beautiful greenbelt along the Boise River.
  • Plan a catered party in the setting of your choice. We will come to you and offer our full banquet services
  • For your business or other needs, our amenities include: WiFi, projector screen, DVD player, microphone, podium and flat screens throughout.
  • Perfect atmosphere for live music or D.J.
  • To creatively personalize your event, we have iPod hook-up and Casino Tables that include Texas Hold 'Em, Roulette, Craps and Black Jack.

The Stonehouse offers use of all of its tables which is included in the $200 room fee. Tables offered are as follows:
Inside the Stonehouse 8 60" Rounds ~ Seats up to 6 Guests | 8 48" Rounds ~ Seats up to 4 Guests | 8 30" Rounds ~ Seats up to 3 Guests | 3 8ft Rectangular Banquet Tables ~ Seats up to 6 Guests per Table
Outside the Stonehouse 4 60" Tables ~ Seats up to 6 Guests | 13 Picnic Tables ~ Seats up to 10 Guests

Banquet Facility Specifications

  • Deposits A $350 deposit is required to hold your date. This can either be done with a check or credit card. Cancellation less than a month before your event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. **Note: All December deposits require a cancellation no later than 4 months before the date of your event.**
  • Room Fee There is a $200 room fee in addition to the $350 deposit. This fee includes the use of the room for up to 6 hours, as well as clean-up, set-up, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, flatware and china.
  • Event Minimums Lunch, Monday - Friday $300 | Lunch, Saturday - Sunday $500 | Dinner, Sunday - Wednesday $500 | Dinner, Thursday - Saturday $1000
    *price does not include rental fee
  • Payment Payment for the entire event shall be on one check, unless prior arrangements have been made through the catering office when booking the event. When paying with a check it must be paid two weeks before the event. Payment in full is required at the conclusion of the event.
  • Design Your Menu We welcome the opportunity to customize a menu to suit your needs. Our menu is not limited to our suggested offerings.

  • Menu Selection Please advise our office of your selections at your earliest convenience, but no later than seven days prior to your function. A guaranteed number of attendees must be set 5 days prior to the event. If a guaranteed number is not received the estimated number of attendees will be charged for. Menu prices are subject to change.
  • Tax & Service The entire bill is subject to Idaho state sales tax. A customary 18% gratuity is applied. Some events require substantial set-up needs. Extra set-up fees will apply.
  • Equipment & Fees We have access to any audio & visual equipment you may need, as well as sound systems, DJ services and the like.
  • Casino Night The Stonehouse features casino night equipment including Blackjack, Roulette and Craps tables. Tables may require rental fees. Dealers for each table are charged at an hourly rate that will be included in the event total.
  • Breakfast and Lunch Perfect for business meetings, seminars or group functions. Breakfast and lunch menus are available upon request.

Off Hour Use

  • Venue lends itself to daytime meetings or seminars.
  • Breakfast, Lunch & Snack service available for meetings without interruption.
  • Special menus (Breakfast and Lunch) are available.
